How should I care for my diving mask?
For maximum longevity, rinse your mask with fresh water after each use and store it in one of our protective mask covers when not in use. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods. Our mask covers are designed specifically to protect the silicone skirt and lens coatings.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship globally (excluding select regions in Asia and remote areas) from our Edinburgh headquarters at 71 Forrest Rd. Delivery times:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): £12.95 | 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (EMS): Orders over £50 | 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note all orders take 1-2 business days to process before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse. Our logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) provide detailed tracking all the way to your dive site. If you have any delivery concerns, our diver-experts in customer service can assist.
Why don’t you ship to some Asian regions?
Due to complex customs regulations in certain Asian markets, we’ve temporarily limited shipping to these areas to ensure we can maintain our high standards of delivery reliability. We’re working to expand our service area and appreciate your understanding.

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
We stand by our products as steadfastly as we stand behind our shipping promises. If any gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to start the return process.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
We meticulously inspect and package all gear before dispatch. In the rare case of shipping damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange for replacement gear to be sent promptly, because we know your diving plans can’t wait.

Our full foot fins are designed for hydrodynamic efficiency. For best fit:

  2. Start with the straps loosened
  3. Slide your foot in until your heel touches the back
  4. Adjust straps for snug but not tight fit

Our masks feature advanced anti-fog technology, but for best results:
