Our Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (71 Forrest Rd, Edinburgh, GB EH6W 2BL)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely pack the unused item(s) with original packaging and tags. Include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for valuable items).

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our facility, we’ll inspect the items within 3 business days and notify you via email about the status of your return.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is approved. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

International Returns
